CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION

From July 2021, to access to the Museum, the Sanitary Pass will be mandatory without exception for visitors aged 12 and over.

This Health Pass should include, according to the government site:

vaccination (full schedule, 7 days after the second dose)
RT-PCR or negative antigen test less than 48 hours (the test must be repeated every 48 hours)
RT-PCR or positive antigen test attesting to recovery from Covid-19. Positive tests (RT-PCR or antigenic) of more than 2 weeks and less than 6 months indicate a limited risk of re-infection with Covid-19 (test of -3 months) -> The process to recover its proof of positive test is the same as negative test via SI-DEP website. If the document is not downloaded within 3 months: a test must be repeated to then download this document.

The health pass can be presented on paper or on the Anti-Covid app.

Wearing a mask is no longer compulsory in the outdoor areas. However, we recommend that you wear it when the distance cannot be respected. To continue to actively fight against Covid-19, the mask remains mandatory in queues and indoor spaces.

OUR ACTIONS FOR YOUR SAFETY:

Reinforced cleaning and disinfection plan for sensitive areas.
Outside queue with respect for physical distancing.
Hydro-alcoholic gel available and distributed throughout the site.
Visitor flow at reception changed.
One-way traffic in the Museum.
Installation of prevention and information signage.

WE ASK OUR VISITORS:
1. Wearing a mask compulsory in indoor spaces from 6 years old (sale of mask at cost price if necessary).
2. Hand disinfection with hydro-alcoholic gel is compulsory when entering the reception area, the shop and the Museum. (Available on site, if necessary)
3. Establishment of an E-ticket office for online ticket purchase.
4. At the cash desk, use a contactless credit card payment.
5. Respect the physical distance of at least 1.5m throughout the site.
